Congratulations dr Philine Sandhu on the presentation of the second exciting study “Investors4Diversity” in the Federal Ministry for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth (BMFSFJ)! The new study sheds light on how many more investors have been demanding diversity in the top committees of German, listed companies in recent years, beyond the legal requirements, and which mechanisms can further promote this positioning. Transparency is one of the important building blocks on the way to more diversity.
