I started my career as an internal organizational development consultant for a political foundation mainly focusing on strategic and change management issues. Further steps in my professional career led to the position of Head of Human Resource Development in a complex public organization where I developed and implemented integral change concepts for leaders and teams.
Since 2002 I have been working as a consultant and coach in the area of organizational and personal development. In 2010 I founded the company compassorange GmbH and I am heading it as one of its management directors. The emphasis of my work is cultural change, community building, leadership development, personal mastery as well as teamdevelopment.
A Political Scientist by education (FU-Berlin) my work as consultant and coach has been mainly influenced by an intensive 3,5 year qualification in Organizational Development and Coaching which focused on Gestalt and Systemic Thinking (coaches & trainers amongst others: Dr. Wolfgang Looss/Darmstadt, Dr. Rudi Wimmer/OSB Vienna). In addition I am certified in the field of change and project management, group dynamics (Tavistock Institute/GB), Dialogue, potential analysis and large group intervention.
