Understanding AI, recognizing impact, shaping change

Artificial intelligence has long been part of decision-making processes in human resources, culture and organizational development – whether in recruiting, career development, communication or project management.

As consultants and process facilitators, we ask what skills ( future skills ) are needed to use AI competently and effectively. But at least equally important: How can we foster a mindset within ourselves and with our clients that allows us to continually and critically question our own organizational beliefs as well as the results of AI? AI can then be much more than just a tool—it becomes a sparring partner to expand our knowledge, adopt new perspectives, and develop creative solutions.

As a women-led consulting firm with a broadly based team, we support managers and teams from science, business, and civil society in using AI technologies in a more discrimination-sensitive, fairer, and inclusive manner —and in mindfully integrating them into everyday work.

Data-based analyses and AI-supported evaluation procedures for gaps and discrimination risks, diversity monitoring and bias checks in cooperation with INES Analytics complement our offering.
