Unconscious bias – racism concerns us all

Racism has moved to the top of the agenda. Privileges on the one hand and social exclusion on the other are becoming more visible. Let’s take a close look – even where it hurts. Listen, question, learn and become active in the respective professional and private environment.

What gives us hope is the increasing number of inquiries about diversity and unconscious bias. Together with organisations and their employees we reflect upon prejudice and racism in everyday life and at work. We help to raise awareness of prejudices, stereotypes and imbalances and to develop skills in the field. We pay particular attention to suitable processes, a changed practice and a diversity-sensitive organisational culture.
