This is how Dr. Claudia Neusüß describes the atmosphere at the great SME conference and trade fair “500EntrepreneursPlus” in Ljubljana, Slovenia in April 2024, which was attended by over 600 female entrepreneurs this year. They came from Slovenia, Austria, Cyprus, Serbia and Germany to accept the invitation of the committed entrepreneur and networker Marta Turk . And as different as the participants were, the inspiring topics were just as diverse across all “types of capital”: sources and modalities of financing, entrepreneurial competence and resilience, the importance of intercultural communication, networking, women in the media, and working towards the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) were just some of the topics. Dr. Claudia Neusüß, compassorange, spoke about the success indicators of female entrepreneurship and the relevance of multi-stakeholder cooperation and networks using the example of WeiberWirtschaft eG, the largest women’s cooperative in Europe, which she co-founded.
