The aim of my work is to promote change processes that support diversity and equal opportunities for everyone. My commitment is based on the conviction that stronger alliances and, in particular, more multiple allies are needed to anchor changes in the long term. That’s why I specifically address (cis) men with my commitment as a consultant and trainer, I support the reflection of one’s own privileges and give impulses for the reduction of inequality and discrimination in organizations. Intersectional approaches that do not lose sight of interactions and connections are particularly important to me. Behind the scenes, I support organizations in designing digital and hybrid training and qualification formats. In addition, I advise on questions relating to digital communication, marketing and storytelling. My focus here is on the implementation of tailor-made strategies for web and social media appearances.

First, I studied Liberal Arts and Sciences with a focus on cultural studies, history and gender studies in Freiburg and Portland (USA). Following my interest in the interfaces between diversity management and organizational development, I then completed a master’s degree in business administration. In my master’s thesis, I dealt with the meaning and self-image of speakers who work freelance on diversity. Parallel to my studies, I worked as a consultant at NaturalScience.Careers from 2017 to 2021.
