I am a certified coach, systemic consultant and diversity trainer with many years of experience in supporting managers and teams. Currently, I am the Director of Strategy & Diversity Development  at akoma consulting and works as a consultant for compassorange. Before that, I lead the IQ sub-project “Intercultural opening of the regulatory institutions” in Brandenburg.

My work focuses on diversity and diversity management, gender and women, empowerment and anti-discrimination.
