With my professional and voluntary work, I want to contribute to a just society in which everyone has the same chances and real opportunities to participate effectively in all areas of society.

As a trainer, coach, process facilitator and trainer of diversity trainers, I focus on diversity & anti-bias, social justice, inclusion, racism, gender and sexual diversity, anti-discrimination, empowerment and participation as well as human rights education.

My work is particularly based on qualifications as a diversity trainer (Eine Welt der Vielfalt), systemic coach and in diversity knowledge and competence management. It is complemented by continuous training in trauma-sensitive supervision (Supervisionszentrum Berlin), social justice and diversity training (Potsdam University of Applied Sciences) as well as moderation training for personal future planning (Martin Luther University Halle and bvkm – Federal Association for Physically and Multiple Disabled People) as well as through my participation in various committees and advisory boards within the framework of my thematic context.
