In my work, the interaction between organization and individual is particularly important to me. That is why I always accompany organizations and teams in change and development processes with an analytical view of the framework conditions and at the same time of their own potential for action. Individual coaching is also about personal development and empowering people and organizations to make collaboration productive, enjoyable and successful. What is important to me is a work culture that offers equal opportunities, is fair and inclusive, and sustainable value creation. I am a moderator, initiator, coach, lead workshops and accompany processes over the long term. The main topics that arise from my research and my experiences are communication structures, diversity orientation, knowledge processes as well as management and leadership. I have a lot of experience working for non-profit organizations. My approach is interdisciplinary, based on media and communication science and economic approaches. I received my doctorate on the topic of value creation through controlling knowledge communication at the Chair of Management and Organization Research. In addition, I am completing a psychologically based coaching training for management consulting at the German Psychological Academy, am a certified moderator through the Institute for Moderation (imo) and continue to work in science and research as a lecturer for human resources management.
