Dr. Claudia Neusüß

Development, change and founding processes are my passion – whether I am acting as a coach, facilitator, consultant or as a (social) entrepreneur. As a coach, I provide a wide range of skills, support career development and transitions to new (management) tasks or committee/board assignments. Also, I am available as a sparring partner for managers. In my Walk&Talks I invite you on a holistic, transformative short journey to create space for reflection and new approaches to action. As a team coach, I support organisations in strategic development, to align themselves culturally and to communicate. I accompany teams in clarifying roles, processes and structures.

As a consultant and speaker, I address current issues and challenges in the context of leadership, diversity and change management.

I am experienced in international work and cooperation through many years of professional experience. In my former executive position at the Heinrich Böll Foundation I was responsible for international politics and the countries of the South. As a former member of the board of an NGO and since 2003 as a consultant, trainer and lecturer, I am especially familiar with the region of Central-South-Eastern Europe.

The common thread of my professional biography is to deal critically with existing gender relations and the development of diversity competence.

As a co-founder of the WeiberWirtschaft women’s cooperative and as a member of the board and supervisory board for many years, the development and operation of the center for female founders in Berlin has had a decisive impact on my commitment to social and sustainable management.

For more than 25 years I have been an active mentor in numerous internal and external programs in the private sector and in public institutions. I advise and support mentoring programs in piloting, managerial qualification and further development.

As a lecturer at various universities in German-speaking countries and as a visiting professor in (Northern) Cyprus and at the TU Berlin in the field of economics and management, I deal(t) with the development of key competencies for specialists and managers. As part of the “Executive MSc in Organisational
Development” of the Estonian Business School I focus on “Diversity and
organisational development”.

Since 2017 I have been a lecturer at the University of Economics and Law (HWR) / Harried Taylor Mill Institute (“Competence development for female supervisory board members”).
