Next Tuesday, June 22, 2021 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., the next compassorange ‘swarming evening’ will take place as part of our network activities.

The theme of the swarm evening is ‘digital leadership’, at a time when digital, hybrid and face-to-face work is (again) being re-explored. We invited our team consultant Martin A. Ciesielski and his colleague Thomas Schutz, authors of the recently published book ‘Digital leadership (not only) in times of crisis’. What skills does “digital leadership” need? What can be helpful in development?

Martin A. Ciesielski advises, trains and coaches on topics of digital leadership, collaboration and transformation and is also a wonderful expert in improvisation theater. Thomas Schutz is a Ph.D. Molecular Biologist (Virologist), Certified Learning Therapist, and Licensed Talent and Competency Diagnostics and Development Analyst and Consultant.
