Initiate change processes with diversity

‘If I were starting out in change management today, this is exactly where I would begin.’

That’s what the CEO of a large organisation recently told us – referring to our series of workshops on diversity and anti-discrimination.

Our workshops are about more than just knowledge. They are about understanding and embracing diversity, exploring similarities and differences.

A brief insight:

  • Raising awareness
How do stereotypes and biases affect our thoughts and actions? Where are our blind spots – and how can we find them?
  • Building knowledge
From microaggressions to intersectionality – the intertwining of diversities – to the consequences of structural power relations, we take a close look with our clients. And we name what often remains invisible.

  • Strengthening decision-making and action-taking skills
Whether as an individual or in a team – how can we address (multiple) discrimination, be allies and deal constructively with uncertainties and resistance?
  • Changing structures
We provide impetus to strengthen roles and responsibilities at various management levels. Together, we develop measures for strategy, structures, processes and organisational culture.

Change begins where people are willing to question themselves. And develop new perspectives together.
