A successful kick-off! At “Meet the Mentors,” mentees and mentors met in person for the first time – and immediately, this special vibe was there: lively, open, inspiring. The mentors present were Isa Grütering, Katja Hentschel (thanks for the great photos!), Dr. Anja Schäfer, Silvia Steude, and Claudia Stübler. You can already feel it: A true empowerment powerhouse is being created here!
The FoundHERs Academy at the European University Viadrina Frankfurt (Oder) supports women interested in starting a business as part of the EXIST Women program of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Protection – from the initial idea to the launch of their own business. It does so with a well-thought-out, holistic approach:
- Personal mentoring from experienced female founders
- Workshops & coaching on future topics such as AI, personal branding & female leadership
- Access to an active network full of female entrepreneurs & experts
- Material resources & a 3-month scholarship as a tailwind for the start-up
