At the beginning of September, an analog meeting took place between the development team and the expert advisory board. The app was tested with great enthusiasm and feedback was given. With the AI-supported, gamified platform, founders play through realistic scenarios in interactive visual novels, such as conversations with banks or sponsors. The simulations enable users to recognize patterns of exclusion, exchange experiences and develop new approaches. KITE II empowers female founders in a playful way and with the help of artificial intelligence by enabling them to prepare for the challenges of the start-up process and to strengthen their resilience. The application is for female founders, but also for people who work with female founders. The app offers an interactive and immersive gaming experience. It will run on smartphones, desktop computers and laptops.
The core development team brings together various disciplines such as computer science, gender studies, psychology and design to ensure a holistic and diverse perspective. An expert advisory board supports.
The project is developed on the initiative and in cooperation with the nationwide female start-up agency (bga) and is funded by the Federal Ministry for Family, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth (BMFSFJ).
