And this despite the fact that more and more studies are showing the connection between diversity and business success: companies with high gender diversity are 25% more likelyto be above-average successful, this shows the new international McKinsey study “Diversity Wins – How Inclusion Matters«. Especially in times of crisis, mixed management teams arecrucial because to face complex challenges like globalisation,climate change, digitization and mobility, demographics and migration, other leadership strengths are required. So it’s high time to elaborate the strengths of female leadership!

The aim of the seminar is to recognize and strengthen one’s own leadership skills. The workshop is an effective mix ofpresentations, experience reports, group work and feedback rounds”
