We pilot, accompany and advise your mentoring programs for career development of (young) managers, in science, public institutions, institutions of development cooperation or in the private sector. As internal, external, reverse or cross mentoring. In English or German. Digital, hybrid or in presence. Gender equality and diversity issues are integrated into all individual formats as a cross-cutting issue or as a focus topic.

Our offers include:

– Onboarding, role clarification and attitudes in mentoring

– Matching of the tandems

– Qualification of mentors and mentees for various Leadership topics (e.g. on co-creation leadership/contemporary forms of leadership, (negotiation) leadership, levels and instruments of leadership, communication and conflict management, equality-oriented/diversity-oriented leadership, networks)

Individual and group coaching for the individual career development of the mentees and to support the mentors

– Lectures on selected topics

– Internal integration into further measures, involvement of relevant (internal and external) actors/stakeholder groups

Creative design of kick-off events, mountain festivals and individual events, such as salon talks, bar camps or fireplace evenings as well as closing events

– Learning transfers to the next generation of mentors; Provision of Materials

– Horizontal or vertical network formations

– Quality assurance, organization of reflective spaces and program evaluation (including the introduction and support of collegial advice)

– Mediation if things don’t go smoothly
