In cooperation with the equal opportunities department of Viadrina in Frankfurt an der Oder, a management program for women will start in 2022

Key questions: Co-creation leadership: How can contemporary, diversity-oriented leadership look like and how can it succeed? What constitutes leadership competence?

The program takes the form of a learning journey and lasts one year. It consists of 7 modules (1 or 1.5-day workshops) and additional coaching.

The participants are experienced employees from science, administration and science management as well as women who are not yet in a management position and are interested in further development in the field of management.

Execution Team compassorange: Dr. Claudia Neusüß (lead), in-depth thematic workshops are conducted by Bastian Bretthauer (communication in leadership) and Partricia Redzewsky (anti-discrimination and diversity as a leadership task).
