Invitation to the bga conference “Success Factor Sustainability – WomenEntrepreneursFuture”

The nationwide founding agency invites you to a digital conference on Wednesday, September 15, 2021 from 10:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The event brings together the topics of sustainability and succession. Linnea Riensberg, compassorange consultant, will facilitate the conference.

Current trends show that issues such as environmental and climate protection, orientation towards the common good and social sustainability play a major role in business start-ups and business succession for women.

One session focuses on the economic factor of female company succession, since a generational change is imminent in many areas of German medium-sized companies. How can the entrepreneurial potential of women be exploited differently and better? And what can be done so that women are seen, respected and won over as successors?

The second session in the afternoon deals with the question of how female founders can design socially, ecologically and economically sustainable economic systems. Crises, such as the corona pandemic, have underlined that fundamental changes are needed in order to do business sustainably.
