“A good mix of presence and home office”

Isabel Rothe, President of the Federal Institute for Occupational Safety and Health and member of the independent Council of the World of Work, emphasized the importance of healthy working hours during the presentation of the first report on the world of work. She underlined that finding a good mix of face-to-face and home office is one of the major challenges after the pandemic. Presence is also of great importance for creativity and innovation.

The Working World Report 2021 also contains recommendations for action on the topics of occupational health and safety in the pandemic, forms of employment in the crisis, professional care and lifelong learning in the company.
